Vanessa and Yoni Mazuz, also known as Mr. and Mrs. Parlour, are the husband and wife team behind The Durham Ice Cream Company mini ice cream bus. One of the latest to join the Durham food truck community, The Parlour hand crafts their ice cream in small batches, using fresh local ingredients as inspiration for unique flavors like Salted Butter Caramel, Basil Pineapple, Chocolate Masala, Vietnamese Coffee and Cherry Lambic Sorbet.
