The Parlour

Yoni and Vanessa Masuz are the husband and wife team behind The Parlour mini ice cream bus. Joining the Durham food truck community in 2011, The Parlour hand crafts their ice cream in small batches, using fresh local ingredients to create flavors like Basil Pineapple, Chocolate Masala, Cherry Lambic Sorbet, and their signature Salted Butter Caramel. Thanks to a successful Kickstarter campaign, The Parlour recently opened a brick and mortar shop in Downtown Durham.
